What exactly am I paying for each month?
You're paying for a fully-managed front-office system — including your CRM, WhatsApp messaging, website/funnel, booking automation, and more — all configured, updated, and run for you. No need to hire developers, pay for 5+ tools, or stress over integrations. It’s one simple fee, managed end to end.
What’s included in the setup fee?
Your once-off setup fee covers brand setup (colours, logos, domains), funnel/web build, calendar configuration, WhatsApp API connection, automation setup, Google My Business integration, onboarding, and launch testing. It’s the heavy lifting to get your system working from Day 1.
Are there any hidden costs?
No hidden costs — but there are a few usage-based items billed separately (not by us):
WhatsApp Business API: R0.45 – R0.90 per message
Email Sending: ±R0.01 – R0.06 per email (bulk mail)
Domain registration: ±R170 – R300/year
These are billed via third-party providers (Twilio, Google, Mailgun, etc.)
We configure and manage everything for you — but these vendors charge based on actual usage.

What’s the difference between Growth and Enterprise?
Growth is for 1 business or brand needing deeper automation, AI bots, marketing, and funnels.
Enterprise is for multi-location brands, agencies, or SaaS resellers who need:

Each Enterprise plan is per sub-account (i.e. per brand/client/franchise).
Is support included?
Yes — ongoing support is included in all plans.
Foundation = Basic support (email + in-app)

Do I need to understand the tech?
No. We handle everything. You’ll get simple dashboards and training (video or live), but you never need to “build” anything yourself. If you can open WhatsApp and click a link — you’re good.
What if I already have a domain and email?
Perfect. We can either connect your existing domain or register a new one.
For email, we can integrate your Google Workspace or Outlook 365 with GHL. We’ll guide you during setup.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — it’s a monthly service, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. No long-term lock-ins. No penalty fees.
Do you offer refunds?
Our work is hands-on and customised to your business, so we don’t offer refunds for completed work or active service time. However, if something goes wrong due to an error on our side, we’ll fix it — or issue a refund if we’re unable to deliver as agreed. Your satisfaction matters, and we take ownership of our results.
